3674540 - IAS Token server for SuccessFactors Learning

Upon generating an OIDC token (via IAS), BizX APIs work fine, but when used on Learning APIs, it fails with the error below:

This is not yet supported for Learning.

This is not yet rolled out to Learning product. See below the Product Management comments about this:

"We did the work in 2505 and 2511 but we are now pending a DC roll out where we migrate all our Learning API through the SF API gateway. Until that has happened, OIDC cannot be used for Learning. Operations and Engineering are coming up with the roll-out plan which will then enable me to work with UA and prepare the customer communication that this feature is now available for learning.

Meanwhile the customer can continue to use the Learning token server (until end of 2026) or switch to use the Bizx token server.

Resolving the incident since the roll-out will start end of the year until next year."
