3674556 - 2H 2025 - Error message when sending Email Campaigns using Talent Pools - Recruiting Marketing

When attempting to send an email campaign, receives the following error message: “Recipients not selected. Please select recipients to proceed.”

This occurs when only a Talent Pool is added in the “To” field. If recipients are manually added, the email is sent successfully. However, when selecting only a Talent Pool, the error message is displayed, and the email cannot be sent.
