Symptom

The BizX header is not present on Learning Administration page when accessed via proxy.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to BizX > Proxy User (with Learning Admin permissions and related Learning User) >
  2. Go to Learning Administration > Results: The BizX header is not present.

Resolution

Our Learning Engineering team has finalized their work on the situation, and the fix is scheduled to be delivered with 2511 patch 5. Additional details are available in the following links: Product Release & Road Map Information | SAP SuccessFactors - Patch Details.
