3674572 - SAC Excel Plugin not working: logon page is displaying three dots, and trace shows office.JS: fail to load resource

When user is trying to open Excel addin for SAC, the logon page is not loaded:

1. the page display three dots 
   
2. Console log: 
   1. GET https://appsforoffice.microsoft.com/lib/1/hosted/office.js net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
   2. Uncaught ReferenceError: CustomFunctions is not defined
   3. Uncaught (in promise) Error: associateActions failed
   4. ReferenceError: Office is not defined

Log into SAC via Excel Addin

The issue was caused by a temporary service disruption in Microsoft Azure. 

1. The issue is fixed now.
    
2. Please test again after a clear of the add-in cache before testing: Refer to Cache Clear Step 5 based on SAC Help
