Symptom

  • While attempting to create a new story report in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, the screen enters a continuous loading state and does not open.
  • Accessing the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) URL in a parallel tab results in an "Internal Server Error" with Status Code 500.
  • The issue is not reproducible when using support access credentials.
  • The issue is reproducible when using direct user credentials.
