Symptom

One or more of the following symptoms is presented:

  • Users are unable to add new sections to pages in the Manage Launchpad Pages app.
  • Pages created in the Manage Launchpad Pages app lack titles and descriptions when viewed from the General Data section.
  • Attempting to edit and save pages results in an endless loading state.
  • Standard pages are empty, containing no tiles, titles, or descriptions.
  • Page preview functionality is not working, displaying "undefined".
  • Error message observed in the Console log: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getId')".
