Rating in grey out mode showing in PDF under Latest Experience of Performance

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a performance form with "Include the ability to rate" unchecked
  2. Both E and EM are only able to input item comments
  3. E input item comments
  4. EM check form, the rating from others shows comments only, no rating shows.

  5. EM click "Print & PDF" and check, the rating from others shows both rating and comments.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

This issue occurs when the Latest experience of Performance Management forms is enabled in Performance Management Feature settings. 

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2025 release.

Workaround

Disable Latest Experience of Performance Management Form.
