3674646 - Team Absence Calendar Displays Blank When Accessed from Home Page - 2H 2025

• When a manager attempts to access the Team Absence Calendar via Home Page > View Team Absence Calendar, the system displays a blank page.
• This issue has been observed after the 2H 2025 release.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Management

1. Proxy as a user with direct reports.
2. Navigate to the Home Page.
3. Click on "View Team Absences".
4. Observe that the system displays a blank page.

The issue occurs when the “Enable the Latest SAP Shell Bar” option is activated under Company System and Logo Settings. This causes unexpected behavior in the system.

The issue has been resolved and the fix will be included in the future b2605 release.

Workarounds (until fix in 1H 2026):

1. Navigate to Time Off ESS UI > Show Team Absences – the calendar will display correctly.

2. Use the global action search to search for “View My Time Off”.

3. Alternatively, disable the “Enable the Latest SAP Shell Bar” option under Company System and Logo

Important Notes:

• The SAP Shell Bar option is currently available only in the Preview System (2H 2025) as part of the early access program.

• After the upcoming release 2H 2025, this option will not be available in the Production System (2H 2025). As a result, the issue will not occur in the production environment.
