3674647 - Intermittent HTTP 404 Errors While Fetching Account Summary Details via CPI OData Service in SAP Commerce Cloud

Symptom

Intermittent but high error rate observed on the SAP CPI interface during calls from SAP Commerce Cloud to fetch Account Summary Details.
Affected requests fail with an HTTP 404 (“Not Found”) error.

Example error trace:

HttpClientErrorException$NotFound: 404 Not Found

The issue occurs intermittently and impacts multiple users accessing the Account Summary feature.
