3674660 - DDIC Error During Sap S/4Hana Upgrade

Symptom

  • During the upgrade of SAP S/4HANA from version 1709 to version 2025, the phase MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG fails with the following error:
  • ABAP runtime error: DDIC_TYPE_REF_ACCESS_ERROR
  • Error Message: Internal error in the structure description.
  • The termination occurred during generation of ABAP/4 program "SAPMV13A".
  • Inconsistency in the dictionary for structure "KOMGFNEW".
  • The structure description of the dictionary-type "CMM_CPE_S_PRICE_FIXATION_PARAM" is incorrect because it refers to type "KOMK". Error type: "abap type or abap length inconsistent".
