3674695 - Error "Maintain mandatory certificate for certificate ID XX and company code YYYY" occurred during worker replication

While replicating workers to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system, the following error occurs: "Maintain mandatory certificate for certificate ID XX and company code YYYY."

Release 2508 of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system addresses an issue with the mandatory certificate functionality.

Previously, certificates marked as mandatory in the configuration weren't always enforced for specific cases. This release corrects that behavior, ensuring a missing mandatory certificate will result in an error.

For affected business partners, resolve by one of the following:

• Maintain the mandatory certificate in the business partner.
• Exempt the mandatory certificate in the business partner.
• Change configuration in SSCUI 101231 "Assign Certificate IDs" from "Mandatory" to "Mandatory with warning".
