3674708 - Goods receipt is stuck in Reprocess Goods Movements app (COGI) with error RU523 during collective order confirmation

• After confirming the lower-level production order in a collective order, the goods receipt is stuck in COGI with error message RU523 "Dependent goods movement was incorrect".
• After reprocessing the record in COGI, it remains there and cannot be cleared.

For collective orders, the the 101 goods receipt of the low-level order happens simultaneously with the 261 goods issue of the high-level order. If the high-level goods issue cannot be posted, the low-level goods receipt will be stuck with RU523 error.
A possible scenario is that the high-level order is not released so that the goods issue is not allowed for it.

Correct the issue on the high-level order to make the goods issue possible. For example, release the high-level order. The the goods receipt can be reprocessed in COGI.
