3674807 - No Error Found in Logs but Inbound Invoice Not Created in Create Inbound Invoice for STO Application

Symptom

Inbound invoice is not created, and no error message is displayed in the logs.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to app Create Inbound Invoice for STO.
  2. Enter input data and execute.
  3. Inbound invoice not created and no error in logs.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, check the below points:

  • Make sure Corresponding outbound invoice is released to accounting.
  • Check if the required Document Type is maintained for inbound invoice.
  • The document type for an inbound invoice should be typically "RE".
