3674841 - BABACKUP - Split backup fails with error BR0301E SQL error -31993

Symptom

During the creation of a copy of the Oracle Spfile at the start of a split backup, the following Oracle error is reported (example) when PFILE does exist on disk already:

BR0301E SQL error -31993 at location BrInitOraCreate-5, SQL statement:
'/* BRBACKUP AT PROF_CONN */ CREATE PFILE = '/oracle/<SID>/sapprof/sap<SID>.ora' FROM SPFILE = '/oracle/<SID>/19/dbs/spfile<SID>.ora''
ORA-31993: cannot overwrite parameter file '/oracle/PRD/sapprof/sap<SID>.ora'
