3674871 - Clock Time - Unable to view or select time event types on Mobile & Web

• Time event types are not displayed (blank entries appear) on both web and mobile devices.
• Users cannot view or interact with time event types on mobile or through web via Clock Time quick card.
• Although users can select a blank record, the time event type description is not visible.
• For Clock Time entries with geofencing enabled, time event types are not viewable on mobile devices / web.

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Clock In Clock Out

1. Login to SuccessFactors using Mobile App.
2. On Home Page > Click on 'Clock My Time'.
3. Time Event Types are not visible to the user; however, they remain selectable and functional for punching (see below):
   

Issue with Configure Clock In Clock Out Configuration - missing time event type title 

1. In Action Search, type Configure Clock In Clock Out.
2. Check if the Title of the Time Event Type is missing.
   
   
3. Maintain the Title. 
4. Reproduce the issue again.
5. Now you can see the time event types:
   

NOTE: This KBA applies to configurations both with and without geo-fencing enabled.
