3674913 - Header and item net values differ in SE16N for Billing Documents with currencies having more than 2 decimal places

Symptom

A sales process is created using a currency with 5 decimal places (e.g. USDN).
After billing is completed, the net value is checked in SE16, where 2 decimal places are displayed at both header and item levels.
In contrast, in SE16N, 5 decimal places are displayed at the header level, while only 2 decimal places are displayed at the item level.
