3674969 - Changes to Communication Arrangement Servie URL Attributes by SAP Technical User SAP_LMPRV

The change log for a services of Communication Arrangement(s) shows a change was made to the url value by technical user  SAP_LMPRV.

SAP Cloud for Customer 

1. Goto Administrator -> General Settings -> Communication Arrangement
2. Select the affected Service and click on the View All button on the top right corner.
3. Click on the Query tab and run the query for the timeframe requried.
4. There is a changes shown as Changed by Technical User (SAP_LMPRV) with User field=SAP_LMPRV 

You have requested a Tenant Refresh at the time in question. SAP_LMPRV is the Provisioning user used for such activities.
