3675049 - Error "correct the $xxxxx difference between total payable and total installments" when creating Installment Plans from Contract Account

When attempting to create an Installment Plan, both at the Contract Account and Contract Partner levels, the error message "Correct the $xxxxx USD difference between total payable and total installments." is raised.

1. Go to the Utilities work center.
2. Navigate to the Contract Account work view.
3. Search and open the Contract Account ID 123456 (where 123456 is a generic ID).
4. Access the Payment Arrangements section.
5. Click on "New".
6. Select a Document Number .
7. Choose the Plan Type.
8. Click on "Simulate".
9. Click on "Save".
10. Observe the error: "Correct the $xxx difference between total payable and total installments".

During simulate, there is no installment plan returned from backend call. The Web Service Message UtilitiesInstallmentPlanOut is failing with 404 error. Therefore, the path sent by C4C communication arrangement for Installment Plan is incorrect. 

In order to resolve the issue, please perform the following checks on C4C and CPI

1. Verify the path sent by C4C communication arrangement for Installment Plan.
2. Ensure the C4C target path matches the CPI endpoint.
3. Update the path in C4C communication arrangement to include the missing segments.
4. Test the updated configuration to confirm the issue is resolved.
