Overall rating is editable in Calibration session List view, while not permissioned to be edited in the PM form template (none permissions are set in the PM form template).

1. Configure the Manual overall rating to be not editable in the PM form template at a Calibration step (none permissions set in the PM form template Field Permissions | SAP Help Portal).
2. Create a calibration session with a List view per the guide Managing What Users See in the List View | SAP Help Portal. 
3. Open the calibration session and see that the Manual overall rating can be edited in the List view.
4. Open the form from the Calibration session and see that the Manual overall rating is not editable in the form.

This is per the system design: Manual overall ratings permissions configured on the performance management form will only apply to the performance form and not to the calibration session's List view.

To make the overall rating not-editable in the calibration session, please change the action permissions in Calibration settings following the guide: Action Permissions in Calibration Settings | SAP Help Portal.
