Symptom

When opening the Mass Data Management request in "Draft" status, an alert message "Too many matching records found. Try narrowing your search criteria" was displayed, even though only 10 records were selected.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Mass Data Management functionality.
  2. Open the Mass Data Management request in "Draft" status and observe the alert message as "Too many matching records found. Try narrowing your search criteria".

Cause

Known defect. 

Resolution

Engineering team has confirmed the fix in 2605 release under ECT-262941.
