Symptom

Running statements using VBKD table. e.g.
SELECT * FROM "VBKD" WHERE "MANDT" = ? AND "VBELN" = ? AND ( "BSTKD" > ? OR "BSTKD_E" > ? );

has performance degradation or fluctuating runtime.

You check a data collector for the affected statement hash and see similar result to this:
