The application error id would be accompanied by: The specified file could not be parsed by the xml parser

• lineNumber: 20496; columnNumber: 29; Attribute "translate" must be declared for element type "label".

1. Go to URL: Software Download Center
2. Click on Installation and Upgrade
3.  select :51059062_42  EC Master Data Model 

Step 2: import master data model

1. Go to UI or Provisioning
2. Import   Succession Data Model ( example Master Data model) .
3. An application error message occurs accompanied by:

Error:

• The specified file could not be parsed by the xml parser
• lineNumber: 20435; columnNumber: 18; The content of element type "hris-field" is incomplete, it must match "(label+,trigger-rule*,field-criteria*,picklist?)".

 Error:

• The specified file could not be parsed by the xml parser
• lineNumber: 20496; columnNumber: 29; Attribute "translate" must be declared for element type "label".
