3675104 - Background element required attribute not respected when using Candidate Experience

When applying with Candidate Experience required background element status is not respected and candidates can apply with adding a background element entry.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Enable the latest Candidate Experience.
2. Configure the background element as required in the candidate profile template.
3. Apply for a job where Quick Apply is not enabled.
4. Observe that the background element section can be skipped during application submission.

When the background element is marked as required as true in Candidate Profile Template the system is not disabling the next button and users are free to procced next step.

Engineering have created an enhancement request to implement this functionality. (RCM-156626)
This enhancement will include:
   - Background element validation integration with navigation controls.

Recuiting Engineering need to request platform engineering team to make necessary changes on the framework level to allow for the functionality of disabling next based on required attribute to be respected for background element.
