3675115 - How to change the translucent white color panel background on the Latest Home Page experience

• The background color of the Quick Action Toolbar and Greeting Area sections in the latest homepage is displayed as translucent white.
• Is there a way to change this translucent color?

1. Access the latest homepage.
2. Observe the Quick Action Toolbar and Greeting Area sections.
3. Note that the background color of these sections are translucent white

The background color of the translucent panels cannot be changed or themed and will be by default translucent or frosted white. It only reflects the color of the main background of your homepage. You can change it by:
    - going to Theme Manager -> Fine Tune -> Home Page
    - under Home Page, choose preferred color in Background Color field or Upload an image
