3675153 - Seamless Planning functionality not available

The following behavior occurs with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) tenant:

• A newly ordered SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) tenant was expected to be provisioned on HANA Cloud.
• However, the new tenant was provisioned on the HANA 2 environment instead. 

SAP Analytics Cloud

• New SAC tenants are provisioned by default on the same landscape and the same platform as already existing tenants of a customer.
• That’s why this new tenant has been provisioned on HANA 2 and not on HANA Cloud.

• The incorrectly provisioned SAC tenant must be deleted and reprovisioned on HANA Cloud using the same URL.
• To proceed, the user must send an email to SAC_migrations@sap.com containing:

1. 1. Confirmation that SAP is authorized to delete the existing tenant and reprovision it on HANA Cloud.

   2. The target date for provisioning the new tenant.

• Once received, the SAC Migrations team will coordinate the deletion and correct reprovisioning.
