Symptom
- When position is occupied by two incumbents and one of them is unassigned, the To be Hired field is updated to 'Yes' on the Position
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Position Org Chart
- See a position that is occupied by two incumbents
- Click in one of the incumbents and go to the profile
- Go to Actions and Change Job and Comp
- Move this user to another position
- Go to Manage Position and search for the previous Position
- Check the 'To be hired' was updated to 'Yes'
Cause
Expected behavior
Resolution
When multiple employees are assigned to a Shared Position with the "Allow Multiple Incumbents" attribute enabled, the "To Be Hired" field does not update correctly due to system behavior.
