3675229 - Analytic Cards on the Latest Home Page are not working

Symptom

According to the documentation available in the Help Portal, Analytic Cards display charts and other data visualizations within the Explore More section of the latest home page. As of the 2H 2025 release, only 2 Analytic Cards are officially supported: 

  • Time Sheet Status
  • Upcoming Absences

Currently, 3 Analytic Cards are available for enablement: 

  • Time Sheet Status
  • Upcoming Absences
  • Learning Compliance

However, none of these cards are functioning as expected. When accessed, the following error message is displayed:

"Content didn't load. Please try refreshing the page."
