3675229 - Analytic Cards on the Latest Home Page are not working

According to the documentation available in Analytic Cards on the Latest Home Pag and Enhancements to Analytic Cards on the Latest Home Page, Analytic Cards display charts and other data visualizations within the "Explore More" section of the latest home page.

However, none of these cards are functioning as expected. When accessed, the following error message is displayed:

• "Content didn't load. Please try refreshing the page."

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. If the latest home page experience has been enabled via Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings > Enable the latest Home Page experience, you can proceed to activate the Analytic Cards by navigating to Manage Home Page > Analytic Cards >
2. To reproduce the issue, simply access the home page and locate the Analytic Cards within the "Explore More" section >
3. The error occurs when attempting to load any of the cards, resulting in the message: "Content didn't load. Please try refreshing the page.".

During the release, unexpected service integration issues were identified. These integration inconsistencies disrupted the ability of the Analytic Cards to retrieve and display data as designed.

Our Engineering team has finalized their work on the situation, and the fix is scheduled to be delivered with 2605 patch 1. Additional details are available in the following links: Product Release & Road Map Information | SAP SuccessFactors - Patch Details (KBA 2287597). 

Please, set this KBA as a favorite (star icon on the top right corner) to receive updates on it. Check KBA 2171560 to understand how to get notified when a KBA is created/updated. 

Note: Following the delivery of the patch, please take the following steps:

1. In the system, navigate to "Manage Home Page" >
2. Click "Analytic Cards" > Disable and reenable the cards >
3. Wait for a couple of minutes > The cards should properly load on the home page. If necessary, refresh the page.
