3675262 - Missing materials in the Valuation data extraction

Some materials are missing in the Data Extraction of Material Valuation.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Access the Data Extraction view.
3. Search for Run ID: ABC.
4. Download the extracted file and observe that some materials are missing.

Possible causes of the missing materials in the extracted file.

• The missing materials have zero stock and no recent goods movements.
• When a material has zero stock and no recent goods movements, the system does not generate or store valuation data. Consequently, valuation-related fields appear empty in the extracted template. Even though the valuation tab show 0.00, it's just a default display.
