3675274 - My comments and attachments from an SAP Ariba goods receipt are not integrating to SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

When I create a Goods Receipt in the SAP Ariba Classic UI, the information I enter in the comments or any files I attach are not transferred to the corresponding Goods Receipt or Material Document in SAP S/4HANA.

  • I require the integration of this additional information from SAP Ariba to my SAP S/4HANA system.
  • The Additional Info section in the SAP Ariba Goods Receipt view does not have standard configurable fields to support this integration.
  • Current functionality does not support the automatic integration of comments or attachments.
