3675298 - Missing "perform background risk analysis" option in schedule activity field for SAP S/4HANA FIORI system

• The "Perform Background Risk Analysis" option is not available in the Schedule Activity field when attempting to create a job using the Background Scheduler in our SAP S/4HANA Production Fiori system 
• Configuration and role settings have been reviewed and appear to be in order.
