Symptom
The Action Search Becomes Unresponsive After Employee Profile.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to the system
- Navigate to any employee’s profile preview.
- Open the Profile Preview for any employee.
- Close the Profile Preview.
- Click into the Action Search bar in the global header.
- Type a known action keyword (e.g., “Manage Permission Roles”, “Manage Data”, or any action).
- Try to select a suggested action to execute the search
Resolution
The engineering reviewed the described issue and its expected changes made in 2H2025 while supporting the custom views.
