Symptom

The Action Search Becomes Unresponsive After Employee Profile.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the system
  2. Navigate to any employee’s profile preview.
  3. Open the Profile Preview for any employee.
  4. Close the Profile Preview.
  5. Click into the Action Search bar in the global header.
  6. Type a known action keyword (e.g., “Manage Permission Roles”, “Manage Data”, or any action).
  7. Try to select a suggested action to execute the search

Resolution

The engineering reviewed the described issue and its expected changes made in 2H2025 while supporting the custom views.
