3675318 - EH&S OCC: "Load Changes Only" feature

Symptom

  • You note that after loading data to a Listed substance using EH&S Open Content Connector and manually deleting an instance in Substance Workbench, this instance is not loaded back if you try to load the same substance again using "Load Changes Only" option.
  • Additionally, after manually deleting the instance, the corresponding record in table ESTOCC is not deleted.
