3675327 - Work item status changed to RESERVED (SELECTED) after forwarding

Symptom

  • After system upgrade, the status of some work items are changed to Reserved after forwarding from workflow inbox SBWP or My Inbox.
  • The same situation also occurs if the work items are forwarded by customer program with workflow API e.g. SAP_WAPI_FORWARD_WORKITEM, SAP_WAPI_ADM_WORKITEM_FORWARD.
