- After the 2H 2025 release, on the Latest Home Page, selecting an Anniversary card results in an empty pop up.
- When opening Work Anniversaries or Birthdays card the content is empty.

Reproducing the Issue

Navigate to the Latest Home Page in SuccessFactors.

Select either the Birthday or Work Anniversary card (e.g., “Your team has X birthdays this month!”).

Notice that the card opens but no content is displayed, despite profile pictures being visible and the counter showing a value greater than zero.
Cause
This is known issue.
Resolution
This issue has been addressed and the fix is planned for deployment to preview environments on November 11th, 2025, followed by production environments on November 14th, 2025.
