3675344 - Promotions are not set to Finished automatically

Promotions that have been "Released" are not automatically set to "Finished" when the End of Installation date is reached. The expectation is that as soon as the End of Installation has been exceeded, the Promotion is automatically set to "Finished".

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales Campaign > Promotions.
2. Open the desired one.
3. See End of Installation date is reached.
4. See External Status is "Released".
5. Expectation is the External Status to be "Finished".

When the Promotions reaches their End of Installation date, system will not automatically change the External Status from Released to Finished. This is not designed in C4C system. Users need to manually change the status from Released to Finished. 

Currently, there is no standard functionality that supports this (one by one nor massively). 

This is the system expected behavior.
