3675373 - Workflow Rule with recipient determination Responsible for Account is not working

A Workflow Rule was created for Sales Quotes to create Tasks for the Responsible of Account. However the Activity Task is not being created when the recipient determination is set to Responsible for Account.

When using Workflow Rule with recipient determination 'Responsible for Account', the Business Object (in this case Sales Quote) needs to have the Account Team with a role code 142 - Employee Responsible assigned, or the Account assigned to the Sales Quote needs to have a Sales Territory with 142 - Employee Responsible. Otherwise, the action chosen for the Workflow Rule won't be executed (Task won't be create and neither and e-mail would be sent).

This is the system expected behavior. 

Please maintain an Employee Responsible in Account Team from Sales Quote, or maintain an Employee Responsible in the Sales Territory from Account.
