3675373 - Workflow Rule with recipient determination Responsible for Account is not working

A Workflow Rule was created for Sales Quotes to create Tasks for the Responsible of Account. However the Activity Task is not being created when the recipient determination is set to Responsible for Account.

The recipient determination 'Responsible for Account' mean the Owner of the Account.

If the Account does not have an Owner assigned, the Task will not be created despite the Workflow Rule was executed. The Workflow gets executed because the conditions met. However the creation of the Task (or even the send of an e-mail) will not happen if the system does not find the recipient to determine.

This is the system expected behavior. 

Please maintain an Owner for the Account.
