Symptom

  • An error occurs during the Central Instance installation while migrating to a new system.
  • Error details: "DlLoadLib()==DLENOACCESS - dlopen('/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/run/dboraslib.so') FAILED. 'libnsl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory'."
