Symptom

Unable to find any WBS element group in the receiver tab in app 'Manage allocations'.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a WBS element hierarchy named "TEST" in the app 'Manage Global Hierarchies'.
  2. Set "Use in Compatible WBS Element Group" in the app 'Manage Global Hierarchies'.
  3. Attempt to locate the WBS element group "TEST~" in the app 'Manage allocations'.

Resolution

  1. Verify the validity of the cycle and hierarchy.
  2. Ensure that the cycle validity period does not start earlier than the hierarchy validity period and does not end later than the hierarchy validity period.
  3. Adjust the validity periods to align with each other if necessary.
