Symptom

SAP standard Text Symbols can't be edited in SE38.

For example, in SAP note 3659614 - LC2025: Wage Ledger Enhancements for Specified Family Members, text symbol "D04" in program RPCEWGJ2 needs to be changed.
(this note is only an example.)

But even in "edit" mode, this text symbol is grayed out and can't be changed.

Error "Text symbol D04 is an original text and cannot be deleted or renamed" is reported.
