3675406 - As per ECT-250588: while click continue Expected Error Not Triggered for Inactive Picklist Values or foundation object During Rehire -2H 2025

As per the release note ECT-250588 - Improved Validation Behaviour in Hire and Rehire Processes, this enhancement is expected to trigger an error when an inactive picklist value is used during rehire. However, the enhancement does not seem to work in the instance when the field is a custom field in Global Information having inactive picklist value.
