3675412 - Unable to Filter an Opportunity with Account Value as Blank

If you filter an opportunity with account field as an example kept as blank, it does not show the result of opportunities which are without accounts.

• SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
• SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.
• SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

1. Go to the Navigation Menu and select Guided Selling view.
2. Select query All Opportunities and click on the Filter option.
3. In the advance filter under the standard field Account as example, click on the value help but do not select any account record.
4. You cannot apply filter to search for opportunities, where account value is blank.

We do not have an operators supported to check with the blank value.

This is current system behavior.

You can try workaround, to search for opportunities records where the account value is blank following below steps.

1. Go to the Navigation Menu and select Guided Selling view.
2. Select query All Opportunities and click on the standard column name Account.
3. Now sort the Account column in an ascending order.
4. It will list the opportunities, where accounts are blank at top of the list.
