3675444 - While Creating a New Opportunity, the Value Help of Field Sales Organization is not Showing Correct Data

On creating new opportunity, when click value help of sales organization field it does not shows all active and valid organizations available in system.

• SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
• SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.
• SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

1. Go to the User Menu and click on Settings
2. Go to the All Settings and search with Organizational Structure.
3. Here you will see total number of active and valid organization structures are NN (where NN represent the number of organizations listed).
4. Now go to the Navigation Menu and click on Guided Selling view.
5. Click on + icon to create New Opportunity.
6. In the New Opportunity screen, click on the value help of the field Sales Organization.
7. You will see the number of Sales Organizations listed here are MM (where MM represent number of Organizations listed here which is different compared to NN). 

The Organization Structures under Settings will show all organizations available in the system, but value help of standard field Sales Organization in new opportunity screen or any other screens will only show the Organization Units for which the Sales Organization as Function is checked within Organization Structure.

This is an expected system behavior.
