3675510 - Analytic Cards is missing from Manage Home page

Analytic cards on the Latest Home Page is not available under Manage Home Page.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 2511

1. Access the SuccessFactors instance.
2. Navigate to Manage Home Page.
3. Notice that Analytics Cards is missing from the page.

This issue occurs when one or more prerequisites for the Analytics Cards feature are not met. Additionally, it's important to note that the Analytics Cards feature is currently unavailable.

Before checking the prerequisites for Analytics Cards, please make sure that the cards are available and then you can review the necessary prerequisites. Detailed prerequisites and instructions can be found in the Help guide: Enabling Analytics Cards on the Home Page.

NOTE: Starting 2H 2025 release, avoid attempting to enable Analytics Cards on the Home Page. Enabling this feature will result in an error message being displayed on the Home Page, since the feature is currently unavailable.
