3675530 - "Data Export" icon is not appearing in Query Designer of Story Reports

The newly introduced "Data Export", which gives you greater flexibility in extracting and working with raw report data, is not appearing at certain browser zoom (or) when connected to an external display.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Embedded usage of SAP Analytics Cloud 

1. Navigate to the "Report Center"
2. Create a new story or edit existing one
3. Navigate to query designer
4. Observe that the “Export Data” icon is not appearing, at certain browser zoom (or) when connected to external display.
   
   
   

NOTE: This feature is available for Preview instance as of 27^th Oct 2025

Under investigation

This does not affect the functionality. Only the icon is not visible. But clicking the same will Export the data.

The visibility issue is under investigation from Development Teams. 

Workaround: 

1. Use a different browser zoom level
2. Use an external display of a different resolution

Please note: It has been observed that the 'Data Export' feature is not enabled for certain instance. Please refer the KBA in the 'See Also' section for details around it.
