3675589 - 'Update Submission Status' is button is grayed out after updated the status set to 'Submitted to Authority' for another run in Run Statutory Reports app

The 'Update Submission Status' is button is grayed out for another 'Run Number' after updated the status set to 'Submitted to Authority' from Run Statutory Reports app.

1. Open Run Statutory Reports app.
2. Open reporting tasks and redirect to report generation activity.
3. Do 'New Run' and after generated with successfully or Warnings.
4. Update submission by clicking 'Update Submission Status' button.

Once update the status to 'Submitted to Authority' for same reporting period by clicking on 'Update Submission Status' button, then 'Update Submission Status' button will grayed out for another 'Run Number'.

The 'Submitted to Authority' status for the same 'Run Number' can be update the status 'Submission Accepted by Authority' or 'Submission Declined by Authority' by clicking on 'Update Submission Status' button.
