Onboarding candidate is not searchable in DRTM Master Data Purge.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Data Retention Management
2. Click on "Create New Purge Request"
3. Select DRTM Master Data Purge
4. Enter onboarding candidate's user id in "Define Subject Criteria" > "Select one user" field
5. The candidate is not searchable and hence cannot be selected

Onboarding candidates will be searchable in "Select one user" field when both of below are fulfilled:

1. Candidate's user id status (Valid) is "d" (inactive external user).
2. The value entered is a part of candidate's username.

(*Only when user id status=d is the candidate available to be purged.)

For example:

Test candidate 1: user id status=e (active external user)

• not searchable either with user id or username

Test candidate 2: user id status=d (inactive external user)

• not searchable with user id
• searchable with username

Before purging an onboarding candidate via DRTM Master Data Purge, kindly confirm the user id status & username value with below steps:

1. Go to Data Inspector > Table_USERS_SYSINFO
2. Check the "Valid" and "Username" value for candidate
