3675648 - Missing insights beacon buttons in Process Insights with existing Signavio workspace mapping

Symptom

  • Process-level and context-information-level insights beacon buttons are not rendered in Process Insights when opening a process flow.
  • A system connection to the target Process Insights tenant exists in Signavio Collaboration Hub workspace.

  • The affected user can successfully authenticate via Single Sign-On in the SAP Signavio application.
  • The /api/insightsCentralService/getTenantMapping() network request returns 200 status code in Process Insights.

  • A system connection to the target Process Insights tenant exists in Signavio Collaboration Hub workspace.

Requests to /api-gw-proxy fail with any of the following errors:

  • Failed to get user_uuid from Xsuaa JWT

  • User not found in external user table in SPM database. Please ensure that the user is onboarded to SPM through Single Sign-On (SSO) before attempting this request. The error message "User not found in external user table in SPM database. Please ensure that the user is onboarded to SPM through Single Sign-On (SSO) before attempting this request" will be displayed in the response heading.
