3675665 - CSV and EXCEL format missing when scheduling Canvas reports

• CSV and EXCEL format is missing when scheduling a Canvas report with the "New Schedule" option.
• CSV and EXCEL format can however be selected when running the same report offline, if a Runtime filter is defined.

1. Navigate to the report center.
2. Select Canvas Report which has a Runtime filter defined > New Schedule
3. Observe that CSV and EXCEL are not selectable as a Format type.
4. Navigate back to the report center and Run the same report. On the prompt, select Run Offline and see that CSV XLSX and XLS are selectable as format.

Creating a New Schedule and running a report offline each use different logic to define the applicable formatting types.

By default, when a report is ran offline only the CSV XLSX and XLS formats will be selectable. However, selecting these formats will only output List Report components. This is expected, as only List Report components can be used for CSV XLSX and XLS formats.

Scheduling however checks all available components on the report and will not allow CSV or EXCEL as a formatting option when a non-List component is used in the report (e.g. Rich Text) as these formatting options may only be used or List components.  

1. Remove the Rich Text component from the canvas report.
2. Initiate a recurring schedule for the report in Excel or CSV format.
3. After the schedule is successfully created, add the Rich Text component back to the report definition.
4. Note that the schedule will only consider the report design as defined at the time of initiation and will ignore the Rich Text component added later.
