3675713 - Notes Field in the Outlook Add-In for Appointment Entity - SAP Sales Cloud V2

Symptom

Notes field is visible in the outlook add-in for the appointment entity, though it is not added in the Groupware Add-in settings. 

Environment

SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Outlook Add-In.
  2. Click on "+" > Appointment.
  3. Observe that the Note Field is visible 

Resolution

Notes field in the Appointment entity is by default available
