3675770 - A field is not populated on Onboardee form - Onboarding

A field from onboarding and offboarding document templates form is not reflecting for onboardees. The document presents the field blank.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to the production instance of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
2. Proxy as a user and access the onboarding documents for onboardees.
3. Select the onboarding document.
4. Verify the field in the document.
5. Observe that the field name is visible, but the answer is missing.

The field is missing in the UI configuration to capture and store the answer.

In order to document present the value, it must be properly configured with UI configuration:

1. Navigate to Configure Object Definitions > Object Definitions: "YOUR OBJECT".
2. Locate the field.
3. Configure the field in Manage Configuration UI > "YOUR UI CONFIGURATION"> Select Base Object: "YOUR OBJECT" to ensure proper population of the form.
4. Test the configuration to confirm the resolution of the issue.
